If your ordered product(s) do not live up to your expectations, you can return them to us. As soon as we've received and processed them in our warehouse, you'll receive a full refund of your purchase.
Please contact us before returning your order to us, so we can advise you how to organize your return. We strongly recommend you to send the product(s) back to us in the original packaging This packaging is designed to protect your products as good as possible during transport and will be of great help when sending it back to us. If you choose to return your order, return shipping costs are for the buying party. Shipping costs vary greatly, depending on the carrier you're using and the size, weight and type of products you're sending. For most types of packages, costs will not exceed £ 35,- and will mostly be much lower. If you're not capable yourself of sending your order back to us, please contact our sales department. We're happy to help you organize a return transport at our lowest transport rate. In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, we kindly request you to fill in this returns form. This allows us to immediately identify your return as soon as it has arrived in our warehouse. The faster we process it, the faster you will receive your refund. You are not obliged to indicate why you returned your product. The total value of your products will be refunded, including your shipping costs. |
